However, in the event of an incorrect article or size being delivered, Hayora will cover all delivery costs.

Items are eligible for a refund only if the delivered product is defective or in the wrong size. To initiate a return, DM our customer service team @hayora.store on Instagram or Email us at hayorastore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we’ll notify you via DM, phone, or email, and if approved, process the refund within 7–10 business days directly to your bank account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
