Items are eligible for a refund only if the delivered product is defective or in the wrong size. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we’ll notify you via DM, phone, or email, and if approved, process the refund within 7–10 business days directly to your bank account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
